Hopefully you’ll enjoy my very brief audio submission, it being my first ever..hope I got the message across. The message is that I have a burning desire to succeed and to help others succeed..and although certainly I hope to win the scholarship (I honestly DO have four kids a mortgage etc..) not winning it won’t slow me down, it just won’t speed me up. Normally I don’t enter these contests, never been one to ask for much.
After plugging away for a number of years, things are really starting to come together..and I have now a growing group of people who are looking to me for leadership.
As you can see by my url..I am creating a site..and with the ideas I have in mind, and the research I’ve done..I know the time is hot for what I’m about to offer. People are hungry for knowledge and training, and although there’s a lot I can offer..I also know what I don’t know..lol

I began a new mission in life about 3 years ago. Congrats on the new house. Mine is nearly 100 years old and it’s taken me all of the 9 years I’ve been here to renovate. While I won’t say I loved the labor…the results are quite lovely. My husband Allen and I have been relentlessly working on this Website for almost 2 years now.
The site itself is quite a challenge because anytime you attempt to bring the truth about anything to the light, you are going to face many obstacles.
Our site exposes the Trucking Industry Scams, and there are many who would like to see us fall off the face of the earth.
When Allen first wrote his e-book, ” The Truth About Trucking”, we didn’t have a clue about Websites, SEO, Affiliate marketing, AdWords, Autoresponders, Newsletters, Squeeze Pages, Article Marketing, Copywriting, or anything else. Just setting up a Paypal Account was a major hurdle, and we were “so proud” when it was completed.
Our first website ( we designed) looked like a Christmas Tree, there were so many colors and font sizes. Well, with alot of research and non stop reading we began to learn and make changes for the better. You have to be humble enough to listen to criticism and accept it as constructive. There is no room for the proud and arrogant when learning about internet marketing.
When I tell you that 8 hours/ day was nothing for us to apply for the success of the site, I am seriously being conservative. We both have full time jobs, so our website was a major priority during our “off time”. One of the biggest hurdles in the beginning, was the research. You see, when you know very little, you tend to read and “believe” that everyone that writes online about a topic is an expert. It was sifting through the garbage ,and picking out the few scraps of relevant info that was most difficult at first.
We made so many mistakes, but with each one there was a lesson learned, and you just keep getting better.
Now, we can tell the “fakes” from the truley knowledgable and sincerely helpful people on the internet.
The “fakes “just want your money. The “sincere “want to really help you, and make a profit themselves. Well, isn’t that what we’re all trying to do? Of course. That’s what we’re trying to do. There is no sob story here. My Grandmother doesn’t need an expensive operation, nor is my son stuck in a gulag in China awaiting his execution. There is no upcoming foreclosure on our home and I’m not waiting for a liver transplant or to adopt a poor orphan from Sudan. What I have been waiting for is meeting the right person, at the right time and in the right place to be my mentor in affiliate marketing. Might that person be you Bob? Why would I even think that?
Finding success online as an affiliate marketer would be the ultimate career to have – especially at 53. I fell at work two years ago and can no longer do the physical labor I was accustomed to doing, so working from home fits me like a glove. I ‘m only telling you this because it is fact, but without the injury I have wanted to change careers where I could use my writing talent for over 30 years. Now it is time, I have made the commitment. There is no “if I succeed online,” but “when I succeed online…”
I’ve been studying internet marketing for about 18 months. I’ve followed many of the major Gurus around and even had some personal correspondence with a few. I have no doubt that being highly motivated and focused are common denominators to success. For an internet marketing career to change my life, the path to tame the challenge must be of the highest priority.
I didn’t have lots of failures this past year; I just found a lot of ways that my marketing strategies didn’t work. Although losing some money I couldn’t really afford to lose hurt and caused some setbacks, I felt it was necessary to take the risk because those mistakes didn’t push me off the edge, they ingrained the lessons I learned.
Since I’m not a quitter, I realize that I will have to face the edge again – only I no longer fear the edge because I know that each time I approach it, I do it with more skill, experience and respect. I don’t look down to see if I will slip, I look all around me until I can see the abundance of success. It’s always within my reach and a good teacher can guide me down the best path to finally obtain it.
My writing and experience are tools I will use to help me succeed as an affiliate. I’ve written ad copy before and tons of expository writing which help develop my blogs and ebook ideas to promote my business and create my own related products; plus, they will help drive traffic to my websites. I already have started some ebooks, such as an internet marketing dictionary for newbies, and various “how to” books. I also write a business blog entitled, Dreamosophy, a business guide and reference for entrepreneurs.
My degrees in marketing and business management enable me to write on various topics and then tie them into managing concepts for any business. I’ve even had offline companies comment on a few of my articles because they reminded managers of basic managerial principles long forgotten. This blog appears in five different blog sites and I plan to have many more and then tie them all together using tools like Blogrush.
I chose affiliate marketing because it allows me to be versatile in finding good products and forming great relationships. There will always be new products to tailor new concepts for marketing those products. Of course, I would stick to the formulas you show me that work, but I got to believe that they can still be enhanced. With all the new products and tools, how can you get bored? I think with affiliate marketing it is easier to find multiple streams of income and a good residual income.
While you are reading this, I will be downloading The Four Noble Truths. Now I know I have some problems to overcome. The fear of taking risks I have already overcome, but I have several technical issues to learn that always seem to hold me back. With your help and advice to combat them, those problems will quickly fade. Money is always a scarce resource around my household, but I can scrape together 50 bucks a month. Also, some days I have lots of pain from my injury, but I have started new treatments that are helping me more and more.
I intend on giving back all of the money my family has given me throughout the last two years and then I would like to help animals and give something back to the earth. If you are the teacher you say you are, I can only envision total success. I’m ready when you are Bob!
Wow! This reminds me of being in junior high where if you were maybe the third one to provide your little speech it was great, but thereafter you were only repeating others.
So, I say: ‘all of the plus points above’ except I’ve never had a scholarship or been a doctor, but in regards to the writing comment, I did win cash once from Reader’s Digest for an article I wrote:D
I do meet the requirements and I can learn in my sleep. I have never failed at anything taught properly to me. I absolutely need this!
There’s so many sob stories I could tell, but they are personal, and not for the world to see.
I marketed years back…made money and lost money; lost more than made.
The rules and techniques have changed, as well.
Since we have no upcoming 401’s or pensions, etc., I’m looking for a future us; security with a capital S. Jobs only last so long; even if the body lasts long, usually the government/companies won’t let you continue working. Even a person who works extremely hard all their life can ultimately end with nothing to live on.
Thinking I was smarter, after the marketing from earlier years, I have managed to fill my hard-drive with useless Ebooks costing (?) and to lose tons of money when the objective was to find and do the opposite.
Just a couple of weeks ago my husband and I were totally duped of $1500.00 out here. Feeling like burned toast, I could really use a fresh loaf of bread.
I would be a model student and you wouldn’t regret teaching me for a moment.

I have been online for two years with the promises of easy riches! So far non have materialised! (Shock Horror!) In that time I have subscribed and un-subscribed from the Guro cash sucking mailing lists! Attended the supplement millions seminar in September and Buck & Brock are real honest guys and gave me a ton of information. It is now time to turn it into action and money and I believe with hands on training this can be achieved. Ooh during that time I was ripped off by a so called Mentor a Mr Jerry Hart of Hart Creative Marketing in California who I will be suing when I have the money! (Just a warning to anyone that may come across his services, HE IS A FRAUD!)
I am not disheartened (No pun there intended!) and after closing my physical business in the distribution industry and an ongoing messy divorce! I am still trying to make it work. If I don’t win I am happy to pay for the course as I have followed you for a while now and you do seem genuine.

A few days ago, I turned 40. Really! Now, I’m not much for that “over the hill” talk…just the opposite, really. I’ve been thinking a lot about what my next path on my life journey will be. Right now I work part time for a non-profit organization, and part-time as a freelance writer and editor (working primarily for religious publications). I’m not getting rich by any means, but my work is fulfilling much of the time. In other words, I don’t have a major sob story to share.
But sometime in the next year or so, my wife and I will be adopting our first child from El Salvador. My plan is to be the primary stay-at-home parent. I’m highly motivated to do this, but I also realize that I’ll still need to bring in an income. That’s why I’ve been really thinking a lot lately about how I can use my writing skills in new ways. Your course of study would really give me the background I need to succeed, I believe.
I’ve just purchased your Four Noble Truths program and can’t wait to begin going through it. No doubt there will be obstacles as I work through it and implement it’d ideas, but obstacles are a normal part of life’s journey–and more importantly, they are the points where I can learn the most. One of those first obstacles–a tiny one–may be the $50 a month, but let’s face it–a lot of us (including me) could save that much just by going to fewer restaurants!
Here’s the final–and perhaps most important–thing I want to say. I’m a teacher too–I work in Christian education and in curriculum development. I have a profound respect for teaching and for teachers, and I really recognize the importance of being taught by good teachers. Sure, I can likely teach myself a lot of things about affiliate marketing, but the best journeys are ones taken with a guide. What a good idea this is…
I have been attacking this online thing for the last two years, and have built a website specifically to help the beginner marketer get through the jungle in one piece. There are many more scammers out there than teachers, and someone just starting out and studying this field is generally considered a ‘mark’ by even some of the more reputable ‘bigtime’ marketers. Little concern is given to helping a beginner get a feeling for the business- and a clear picture of what is involved.
You, Bob, are approaching the business in a genuine and informative way. I see the comments you get from the people you are helping, and it seems they think so, too.

okay, so i have been trying to upload a recording and i cant. i know i am late, you got bounced to spam, and with weather i couldnt get online! but you dont know if you dont try anyhow!
Here is my motivation: my project is a not for profit to build low income green sustainable housing all over the country. i have a way to raise the funds with out taking money from people, not only for my not for profit, but for ANY project out there. I will be able to pay an affiliate fee of about 500 per person referred, with huge bonuses for the most referrals. i suffer from adult adhd, which is a huge part of my problem ! i know what I am doing will be successful and help millions of people, but i am having a tough time with the whole getting started and going about it the right way kind ofthing. I will be able to sell a product to not for profits and fund raisers all over the world about how I did it, andhow they can do it as well. before filling this out, i signed up to do some local promo’s so i would have the money monthly and be able to buy the book!

First and foremost I meet all of your criteria, plus I think I added a few more. For example, like going the “extra mile”, which I have done regularly.
