President Obama won his election based on the premise of change. Is it time to (in dedication to Michael Jackson) “take a look at yourself and make a change?”
If you need a change in your fitness routine so you can get a balance between your lifestyle, your fitness, and your business, check out my friend Scott’s site FatLossQuickieExperience.com. It’s remarkable motivating to be part of his community!

Thanks for the shout out in your video and post Bob. I’m sure that most of us can relate to the increased sedentary lifestyle when starting an online business. It even happened to me.
The great news is that you don’t need to sacrifice hours from your day in order to improve your health and shape your body. Two 10-minute sessions per day will have a dramatic impact on your health and body as well as your business.
That’s right! Fitness isn’t taking time away from your business, it’s actually adding time to your business with increased productivity, focus, time management, and quality of work just to name a few.
I made a change in my business to turn my computer off when my kids get home from school at 3pm. I turn it on for about 30 minutes after they go to bed. This has had a wonderful impact on my life and business.
Thanks for another great post!
