When you market your business online, there are certain expenses that you should be expecting.

But if your cash flow gets squeezed and you’re not able to maintain much less expand, what can you do?

Sometimes you have to bite the bullet and keep working in a soul-sucking day job a little bit longer than you’d like. And if you’re currently out of work, you may be taking on some odd jobs that you feel are beneath your skill set.

I’d like to share with you a conversation I had the other day with someone who has an intermediate answer.

Paul Counts taught me and the live audience of well over 100 people all about Rapid Cash Infusion methods: simple ways to take action with specific steps for earning $100 – $3000 in a matter of days.

These are definitely “time for dollars” tradeoffs, so shouldn’t be a focus long term. But when the need arises, great ideas.

Here’s one of them:

There are websites where you can turn your knowledge of your own material, experience, etc., and turn that into online content that people will pay for.

So for example, let’s say you know a lot about tax preparation. And you’ve been trying to market a tax prep business (it’s that time of year, right?). Well, you can write 15-20 articles on this topic of about 500 words each and sell that packet of articles on a particular website Paul recommends for say $50.

Now you can do the math here: 20 articles for $50 is $2.50/article. Which is far less than minimum wage, right?

My first response is, if you need the $50, then it’s still worth while.

But more importantly, look past the one time sale. In reality, you really make the offer so that the package of articles can be sold for $50 to up to 50 people.

Well, now you’re talking about earning $2500 with the same 20 articles.

Of course, 50 people may not buy, but even if just 10 did, then you’re talking about $25/article instead.

Why would someone pay you for 20 articles?

First – it doesn’t truly matter to you what their reason is. But if you’re skeptical, here’s why:

Webmasters all over the world rely on earning money from affiliate commissions, Google Adsense, and other forms of advertising. And they want good (doesn’t have to be great) content on their site to attract visitors and revenue.

Second, some people like to put together your articles into a report or an ebook, and they’ll take what you wrote, change it around a bit, and put it up for sale as a $19 ebook. Through their marketing efforts, they may turn that into a nice income for themselves (something you should ultimately doing).

Finally, people like to take those articles and use them as their own autoresponder messages or make online videos out of reading them with some powerpoint slides.

This is just ONE idea, with ONE specific application that Paul shared on this call.

The point is, if you have knowledge in your brain about ANYTHING, you can do this one particular method for “rapid cash”. Paul also discussed another 5 methods throughout the conversation with specific examples.
