I love surrounding myself with idea people, don’t you? You know the types who have some uncanny ability to process information really fast and come up with an idea that you wish you would have thought of yourself.

For some of my coaching clients, I can be that person. But I also need those people too.

Last weekend, I connected with a few of those people. Specifically, Nancy Marmolejo, Felicia Slattery and Adam Urbanski.

I’ll tell you more about them in a second, but first a teaching point.

Wherever you are in your business, if you start to feel a bit stuck or stale, go to a live event. Although a local meetup or social gathering (holiday parties are coming soon) can suffice, it’s even better when you can get away for a couple of days. Break your routine and force yourself to be in a new scene for a couple of days.
