I do the first session at 4 so that we're done well before 6, and have a 2 hour break for dinner, etc., for those of us in that time frame. Also, 4 p.m. is 9 and 10 p.m. for our friends in Europe. Also, you may consider bringing the phone number with you so you can at least listen to the call on your drive home. The audio recordings are also available right away. So as soon as you get home, you'll find the audio ready to play. Your situation is common, which is also why I hold 4 of the sessions on Saturdays. Bob George,

I still have a day job and don't get home until well after 4pm(closer to 5) and I bet alot of others don't either. I know the recordings will be available later but I like to participate live.
