Then after using these in the titles and subtitles (for H1 and H2 tags), peppering them throughout the content will help bring Google. But it must be natural, good content, that reads well for your audience. I helped Rena Murray rework this on http://www.squidoo.com/dog-whisper/ and achieved page 1 Google for "dog whisper" and "dog whispering" for a long time for her. Now I need to heed my own advice with MY lenses. And then, I learned most of what I know about Squidoo from YOU, and I need to learn lots more. Please keep it coming! Very sound advice.
