Nice vid, Bob! Recently started scheduling reflection time exclusively for my biz and it has made a HUGE difference. It’s much more fun (and profitable) to be strategic than to fly by the seat of my pants!
Bob,
Freemind is a powerful tool, I am glad you keep reminding me to use it, because that is the number one reason that people complain about disorganization – failure to map out their strategy.
Keep up the great work, my friend. Wish I could have been in DC.
Micheal
Bob –
Loved the video. You certainly used your JVAL-DC time effectively – networking and vblogging… Cool.
Love mindmapping. Still use a pencil and paper. Will try out freemind. Thanks.
Dear Bob
That is great reminder. With hectic schedule it is a great tool to use.
I remember you talked about it in Tampa and how cool it was..
Hope you have an awesome week

As my accountability partner Bob, you know the reflecting that I’ve done over the past few months. At the beginning of the year I had set a goal to earn $1,000,000 in 2009. But what I didn’t think about was why I want to earn $1,000,000.
After some serious reflection time I realize that’s not my goal at all. In an effort to achieve that monetary goal I ended up sacrificing my real goal which is freedom and time with my family.
My new goal is balance and I realize that I don’t need to earn $1,000,000 in order to be happy. And I must remember that happiness is always my ultimate goal.
Freemind Rocks! Thanks for turning me onto it. It’s what I used to map out our call tonight where I’ll be interview you http://fatlossquickie.com/blog/teleseminar-formula/
I’m loving your video tips buddy. Keep’em coming!

I use mindmapping, but find paper and pen works more easily than any of the software I have seen. I tried Freemind previously, but went back to paper, after a very short time. (Plus, it’s more portable, and I don’t have to worry about power or internet access.)
I will check out any training you release related to the software, to see if I am missing something. (But may just be a dinosaur, and stay with my pen and paper.)
Loved the video, Bob!
What a great and inspiring way to start the morning!
Thanks
Nicole
Love it! I try to use mindmapping as much as possible. I admit I am hit or miss but getting better. Great Video though and a great reminder.
Thanks!
Reflecting is a good idea. With all the negative things going on in our lives, it is sometimes hard to keep a positive attitude about why you get up in the morning.
thanks for the video.
Reflecting – essential – and also giving space to flow. When there is a balance the “going with the day” isn’t a chaotic hurrying, but allowing for shifts coming from having a general direction.
I particularly liked the response from Scott, who came to realize (upon reflection) that what he’d listed as his number one priority was not.
Hi Bob -
I have been using Freemind for some time now. I try to use it while I am taking notes ‘live’ but I still find that paper and pencil are faster for me. Maybe I simply need to work on my keyboard entry skills with the software. Seeing you fly through it at SIMPLE last month was great!
Keep up the awesome work, my friend!
Be Well.
Paul.

Hi Bob!
Awesome vid! FreeMind is totally awesome (and free!) software! If you haven’t tried it yet, do so!
Hi Bob,
Doing my reflection time in Bali right now. Loving it so much, it’s hard to think about working. Thanks for giving me the support I need, and for making it looks to easy!
Looking forward to seeing you at the end of the month.
