While at JVAlert recently, I had the opportunity to reconnect with Rachel Rofe, founder of YayF00D.com and co-creator of the new marketing to offline businesses program, Make 10K Next Weekend.
I’ve already downloaded the material and was very impressed with how thorough Rachel and Jaime Minton are in teaching you how to run offline seminars for local businesses.
So it was one of my goals during the weekend to have Rachel explain how anybody can learn their system – and generate up to $10,000 or more in a single weekend.
Watch the video below and see if it’s a good fit for your business plans this year.

Later this summer, I’ll be using Rachel and Jaime’s program to teach local businesses how to use Teleseminars to attract more clients.

p.s. The Make 10K Next Weekend program is designed for people who want to help offline businesses get more exposure on the internet. However, it can be applied to any area of expertise you already have that offline businesses want to learn. Get more details about creating offline seminars at Make10KNextWeekend.com.

Bob,
Truly amazing. I have been looking for a way to apply what you have taught me, use it and actually use the product to Joint Venture with you personally.
I have an idea for this product and you that you will have to wait until you come back to the states to discuss.
enjoy the rest of your trip.

Wow, Bob, this ties in with an idea I’ve been toying with for a while. I had
a partner for a while but she moved too far away to implement this with me
here locally before we got anything going. I think this course will be just
what I need to get going. Going to check it out now.
Have a safe journey home.

It sounds like a good idea but I can’t find the website anywhere. I tried several browsers and several computers.
Hi Garry – the link should work fine below the video: Make10KNextWeekend.com
So, how did your seminar go last summer, Bob?
Hi Bob,
Good post (even if I just found it now). The only concern I have with all these new “Offline Gurus” is being able to trust that they are actually doing what they teach. Everyone’s offer looks the same. Ideally, I would like to see some actual video of these gurus leading their own workshops. I’d like to see some actual checks from clients, etc.
I am a true believer in marketing online solutions to the offline market. However, it is not nearly as easy as all these people say it is. You have to have a great business model and be able to monitize it the right way so these small businesses will see benefit and buy in.
Thanks for the comment John.
Rachel’s course is good. Another one that I think you’d like is from David Preston at http://LocalBusinessWorkshops.com. He’s become the undisputed leader at teaching this type of material and supporting his students.
The nice thing about what Rachel and David do is give you the business model, although you can always customize it as you see fit, and as your local market dictates.
