You may have a feeling that social networking is a waste of time when it comes to business. Or perhaps that Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc., are all “kids stuff” for showing off the inane happenings of their lives.
The truth is, you’re right – if you don’t know how to properly use online social networking sites for business.
Used strategically, both Facebook and Twitter can be very effective tools for communicating your marketing messages to a larger audience. They are also excellent for connecting you with potential customers, and like-minded business people to share ideas with. You may find some viable partnerships form out of these sites.
The key aspect that makes social networking so attractive to business owners “in the know” is the public nature of the conversations. When I talk to you, everybody who follows me can see our conversation. And when you respond to me, all of the people you’re connected to can read what you’re saying.
If you and I have a photograph together, or you write a note about one of my products on Facebook, you can tag me in that picture or note. Now all of my followers see that you wrote something about me, or tagged me in a picture and can come check out what you’re all about.
Done in a non-spammy, relevant way, where you are adding value to the community, you get better known.
This is just one of many examples of how social networking can be used for your business – whether you are a sales professional or offline brick and mortar store; or a stay at home parent trying to build up your dream.
There is a lot of free advice online about social networking. But most of it misses key marketing strategies that truly harness the power of these types of sites. They also tend to overwhelm you with so much stuff, you don’t really know where to begin. You may also find yourself hearing conflicting advice and wind up where you started.
The two best people I know of to teach you about social networking are Mari Smith (Facebook) and Deb Micek (Twitter). So I’ve invited them both to join me in teaching you exactly how to profit from social media marketing.
Check out my Discover Social Networking Facebook and Twitter training course. Not only will you learn all the big-picture strategies and random tips and tricks, you’ll also learn the exact step-by-step process in a logical sequence to put it all together fast.

My website will not be up for another 7-10 days. I am learning about Aweber.
Look’s like I am too late for this program. The ebook is great. I am on Facebook and Twitter. But I see others using it much better than I.
When is you next class or where can I go to learn how to use these social sites to benifit my new ebook.

Hi Bob
How much does your course cost? Are there any concessions?
Many thanks

Hi Bob – I trust You and Yours are all well Sir. Bob as You know I have been following You for some time now. I found Your teleseminar training course to be of tremendous value through content not to mention Your very easy to follow teaching style.
I am hoping that either Your goodself or One of Your kind subscribers here could help with something. I have a Buddy actually who has asked for my help with regard to a specific task on Facebook – I have posted this on my Facebook page as follows:
“Please Help My Friend – Can anyone remember how to place a link underneath Your photo ? My Buddy accidentaly deleted the info box so He doesn’t see that specific edit button. Mine shows “Free Product To Help Build Your Lists” Yes but I cannot for the life of me remember how I first placed that box there – Genuinely / Please Help !!!”
Nobody has responded there as yet so here’s hoping :-)
Kindest Regards – Graham Price
