Nice video, video editing and video hosting.

I did not see the link to the “Easy Button” LOL
I love to learn and work best under pressure.

Currently I find that I have too many ideas and started projects.
I have not outsourced yet.
I enjoy doing the techie stuff and research.

To get things a bit more organized, I created a mind map you can see an example and get the free software at http://clayfranklin.com/freemind
Now I am going to build a decision matrix using Bayes decision rule.
I plan to record the creation of the decision tree as practice with Camtasia and put it up on my blog. I find that simple decision rules using “what’s important to you” as the weighting criteria provide useful insight to make prioritization decisions.
I will report back and let you know the results.

Thanks for the tips Bob. I can see how harnessing the many mini-powers I spread over many marketing projects, can create one awesome power if focused on one project. Now, I just have to break the multi-tasking habit.
