we sall all type of e-books on line for school and college and business too.
The thing I think that is blocking my ability to be a success is paying too much attention to my emails. I seem to be unable to get through them in record time so I can be affective in what I really excel. That area is writing. I think I could really be a good copywriter if I would only give myself the opportunity. That’s it in a nutshell Bob.
Bob,
Thanks for the video. Like Ruth said “That’s it in a nutshell”. I have been trying to learn to may skills at once and skills I really don’t care to be proficient.
Opps, sorry, I do know how to spell. “too many skills” not “to may skills”
I have difficulty blocking out the time to dedicate my attention to some of the things I want to accomplish. I have many ideas that I want to implement, and have a lot of irons in the fire!
Paul.

Dear Bob,
I too, find it difficult to stay focused, I get bombarded with email after email full of hype. I have unsubscribed from so many offers in the past month that you wouldn’t believe.
Even though I run a prison ministry out of my home, my passion is website design, and that too has many areas to which I could focus on, and it’s difficult to chose.
I do find your content very enlightening, keep up the good work.
Tim
I need more time to get more things done. I have a full time job that I need to keep, so I only have a few hours a week.
My problem is I waste so much time looking at videos that online sellers want me to look at.
I never work as hard as Hoover Dam engineers and Hollywood actors. Can you drive on west to Hollywood and show us some important videos from there? That will motivate all of us to work harder so we can get the online work done. There must be some good stuff back in South Carolina too. I don’t remember seeing a lot of videos from SC that helped me build my business so maybe you can do that after your L.A. visit.
I am stuck on creating videos and would love to learn how to insert them in my blog, and web pages (screen capture videos and regular videos like this one).
Thanks. Enjoy your journey.
Victor
Bob,
I was stuck until about two years ago when I hired a VA and a tech person to do many things I no longer wanted to spend time on myself. Now I spend time creating new courses and doing teleseminars and webinars, the things that I love to do.
In my case… I am not getting enough rest to rejuvenate and regenerate. I’ve developed insomnia and it is driving me crazy!
Also I am not in a position to hire someone to do those things I would rather not do, that are taking up my time ~ so that I can concentrate on the things I excel in. Therefore, I have to learn how to do everything that I need to do myself! :(
The result of this is shear exhaustion and indecision.
Geez, I sound the mess! I’m working on it!
Thanks for asking.
Roz
Yes I know, it’s all those e-mails and videos they send me.
I do think I have to see the videos and read the mail.
There could be something good I would miss, so I check it.
Many I have to delete of course, otherwise I would have
to sit on the computer all day.
I have to change my ways.
Bob,
Great video. I too out-source and it is NOT as expensive as folks would think. Now I outsource my outsources. By letting go and thinking that I had to do it all I now have time to spend working on what makes me money.
Great post as always. Your local friend here in NC; Holly
I have to keep reminding myself that the only people who don’t make mistakes are the people who don’t do anything and remember “perfection is the enemy of completion”.
As they say down South . . . Jist Git Er Done!

Another excellent piece. This is the second time within one week that I am being told about outsourcing. Hmmmm… I know about outsourcing, but has not made use of it yet. I know what is stopping me, now to find solution to that
So right, leverage is so important and getting someone else to do the things i don’t like doing is so important
Hi again Bob!
Another awesome video as usual! The quality is excellent? Did you use a flip? If so, which one?
Thanks for the tips Bob. I can see how harnessing the many mini-powers I spread over many marketing projects, can create one awesome power if focused on one project. Now, I just have to break the multi-tasking habit.

Thanks Bob
That is exactly where I am at. I know it now all I have to do is figure out how to get it turned around.
Hi Bob,
My biggest problem (apart from emails) is just getting started every day.
Nice video, video editing and video hosting.
I did not see the link to the “Easy Button” LOL
I love to learn and work best under pressure.
Currently I find that I have too many ideas and started projects.
I have not outsourced yet.
I enjoy doing the techie stuff and research.
To get things a bit more organized, I created a mind map you can see an example and get the free software at http://clayfranklin.com/freemind
Now I am going to build a decision matrix using Bayes decision rule.
I plan to record the creation of the decision tree as practice with Camtasia and put it up on my blog. I find that simple decision rules using “what’s important to you” as the weighting criteria provide useful insight to make prioritization decisions.
I will report back and let you know the results.
