Poland Travel Video #3: Debrzno, Szymbark and the Upside Down House

My third and final video is ready for you now.

Before you watch it though, a couple quick comments.

I used Windows Movie Maker to create this video, and as you’ll notice if you have seen all 3 videos now, my mad skills have improved from application. I made some mistakes in the first 2 and figured out how to correct them.

I hope you jump into technology and see what comes out of it. I’m pretty pleased with my results.

Poland Travel Video #2: Szczecin, Debrzno & Człuchów

For the last few days, we’ve visited with other members of Joanna’s family.

First, we went to the city of Szczecin to see her sister. The city is right on the border with Germany.

After a bit of shopping around Debrzno the next day, we then went to Człuchów, which is a short drive from here. That’s where Joanna’s cousin, aunt, and grandmother live.

Unfortunately, during the Szczecin trip, my batteries ran low on my camera so I had to do a few still pictures instead of all clips. But this gives me the opportunity to introduce you to my favorite musical composer.

Enjoy the video!

Thank You For Impacting My Life

I’m sitting in my room at the Wayside Inn - an 18th century bed and breakfast in Ellicott City, Maryland owned by my parents - thinking about gratitude and impact.

These are two themes that played out over and over again this weekend at JV Alert.

It reminds me how grateful I am to have you as part of my life. Taking the leap one year ago when I left the history classroom to teach online full time was pretty scary.

But with your help I’m happier than I’ve ever been and helping more people pursue their own ambitions.

Wednesday, Joanna and I fly to Poland to visit with her family (all still live there), and we wouldn’t be able to do this without you being part of this.

So I want to say thank you sincerely.

I also hope that you can have similar experiences (if you don’t already) to what I had this weekend in Philadelphia.

I enjoyed being a panel expert during the hot seats and Q&A sessions; loved reconnecting with old friends; and meeting new people that I’ve never known before.

But what really sticks in my memory from the weekend is meeting students of SquidooSecrets, DiscovercPanel.com or TeleseminarFormula.com (and others) who came up to me to thank me for what I’ve done for them and how I’ve helped them understand all this stuff.

Ken McArthur, the host of JV Alert talked about the Impact we all can have in our lives, and we need to pursue that impact with gusto.

The conversations I had with Bonnie, Denis, Tom, Keith, Carrie, Chris, Cyndi, Charlie, Odinn, Stacy, Kevin, Cheri, Steven, Rich, and so many others revealed just how much of an impact I’ve had on their lives.

More importantly, knowing that their success will impact so many others has me feeling very grateful.

When I initially set out to “make mcney” online, I was chasing after opportunities. And nobody knew who I was and if they did, they didn’t care.

Once I decided to impact my subscribers/clients/partners with my specific area of expertise (teaching complex things to make them simple), people took notice and the gratitude and impact began to grow.

I hope you are focusing on what you are good at and special ways you can serve your customers, too, instead of chasing after dollars and opportunities.

It doesn’t really matter what you know - somehow with creativity and perseverance, it can be used to help someone else get more time, save money, improve their lives, take a more fun vacation, take care of their loved ones, or help a child who doesn’t know how to read too well.

Dig deep into what makes you unique, and let people know what you’re good at - you’ll be surprised how much more fun you will have and how much more you will attract people you’ll love to be around.

Thank you again for being here for me - and allowing me to impact your life, and the lives you will impact in turn.

Have a great week!

Bob Jenkins

p.s. Please share with us how something I’ve done for you has helped you improve your situation and how you are impacting the lives of others as a result (comment below)…

p.p.s. I believe the best impact I can have for you is in person. Watch this quick video to see what I mean.

[Business Finances] How To Find Over $200 Each Month For Your Business Or Bills

I am going to make a lot of people unhappy today. The good news is you are not included in that group.

I’d like to share with you a quick story about how I reclaimed $215/month back into my business (over $2500/year) so I can pay my bills faster and outsource some of my business more efficiently. And if you repeat the same steps I did, you could also discover quite a bit of “found money.”

How To Get A Guru To Promote Your Product For Massive Traffic

With all the product launches you’ve been seeing lately, and all the big names promoting the same thing, you are probably wondering if you’ll ever get to the point where they are promoting you.

Like me two years ago, you probably think that will never happen.

Especially if, like me, you have no list and your product isn’t even done yet.

Let me share with you my own experience to shed some light on this. But first, watch this video from Matthew Glanfield on this same topic…

So How Was The Caribbean Cruise With Internet Marketers?

Have you heard this question:

Are you working hard or hardly working?

I’ve certainly heard it a number of times and I’m also guilty of asking it more times than I can count.

As Joanna and I were cruising the Caribbean this past week (we just got back last night), the question popped back into my mind.

For 8 days, she and I were on a Carnival Liberty cruise ship with 2400+ people, about 5% of whom were internet marketers and their kids, husbands, wives, partners, parents, friends, whoever.

The cruise was put together by Mike Filsaime, Paulie Sabol, Donna Fox, and Tom Beal (the i5Gold Mentors) as a way for all of us to unwind and recharge our batteries.

The trip was incredible, certainly one of the best vacations I’ve ever had. And in case you are wondering, there were plenty of opportunities to work while on board.

But I’d say it was definitely a “hardly working” trip.

Even when we were in our mastermind sessions (there were 4 of them), the atmosphere was very relaxed. We got a lot done - mostly in the form of sharing ideas, meeting new people for future projects/joint-venture opportunities, etc.

But mostly, the business portion of the trip was all about gaining more clarity for what I’m setting out to do in 2008.

I could say I wish you were there, but that may sound too cheezy (even if it is true). So I’ll share with you some pictures of our trip so you can see just how beautiful the cruise was…

Now, you may be thinking I’m showing off.And you may be right. But I really have two reasons for sharing these pictures.

First, I am very proud of the results I’ve achieved over the last two years of my business. And this cruise was a reward to myself for building a six-figure business through a lot of hard work. I am showing you the results to give you hope that your hard work and efforts will be paying off for you as well in 2008.

I bet there is a vacation destination you have in mind - somewhere you would love to take your significant other, kids, parents, etc., for a week of relaxation. Use these pictures as a goal for your own business, so you can reach that destination.

In fact, feel free to take one of the pictures, print it out and post it on a wall to serve as a target for your efforts.

The other reason I want to share these pictures with you is because I want you to join Joanna and me when I take my next cruise one year from now.

Instead of reading about my trip, why not join me? Next January, you could be right there with me, visiting the islands of St. Maartens, St. Kitts, and St. Lucia on an 8 day Caribbean Cruise with whoever you want to bring along.

One thing I learned over the last 8 days is a cruise is a great way to get to know people who want to see you succeed. Much better than a seminar even, because your priorities are first and foremost a relaxing vacation.

Over the next few months, I’ll be sharing more details about this cruise, and how I will personally be conducting a private workshop/mastermind during our “sea” days.

But for now, I’d like to ask you if cruising the southern Caribbean in January (with 85 degrees and sunshine is the norm) sounds like your kind of way to spend a vacation.

If so, let me know how interested you are and what kinds of questions you may have about taking a “hardly working” vacation with me and Joanna next year.

You can do this by submitting a comment below, but I also encourage you to fill out this quick form so I can make sure you get the details when they become available.

Joanna and I had an awesome time - and we can’t wait to do it again. Next time, though, I hope you will be there, too!

Bob Jenkins

p.s. Mike Filsaime, Paulie Sabol, and over 200 other internet marketers will also be on this cruise next year. So in addition to meeting with me, you get to learn from them, too.

p.p.s. By the way, going on this cruise is not limited to internet marketers, either. You could invite anyone you want to, and never even take part in any business activities at all! We’re hoping to bring Joanna’s family with us next year (I better start practicing my Polish more!)

Update From The Internet Marketing Cruise Vacation

So we’re on our way to another island, and I just had to let you know that internet marketers are a crazy bunch.

Each day of our cruise, Joanna and I get plenty of time to ourselves and time for shopping in the ports (we just left Puerto Rico).

But back on the boat, it’s also fun to hang out with some great people who understand what it is we do in internet marketing.

On top of a vacation, this is also a seminar at sea, and it made me realize that you may want to get together and meet some of these people as well.

I am not sure when another cruise will happen, but it’s time once again for seminar season.

Throughout the spring, seminars are popping up just about every 3 weeks.

I haven’t committed to any in particular just yet, but my indecision shouldn’t cost you the opportunity to learn at a seminar yourself.

The next one I know of coming up is Ross Goldberg’s Masters Seminar.

I told you about Ross last week - he’s the one with the Traffic Manifesto.

Well, he’s holding a 3 day event in Las Vegas at the end of this month.  If you can get there, I believe it will be a great experience for you.

When I’m back in the States again, I’ll give you a better idea of the other seminars coming up, and which one I will be going to (so we can meet up!).

But being on the ship this week reminded me that the Masters Seminar is a great opportunity for you to get to know some of these same people.

Paulie Sabol, Donna Fox, Deb and J.P. Micek (from Blogi360), and others on the ship with me now will all be there.

Bob Jenkins

p.s. My business literally took off within weeks of attending my first seminar.  I finally “got it” when I met the “gurus” in person and realized that they were just like me, but with a head start.

In the two previous months before that first seminar, I earned about $3400.  In the two months after the seminar, I earned about $13,000. This was not a mere coincidence! The ideas, affiliate partnerships, and masterminding that came during the seminar made that possible.  I hope you can have even better results than I did…
