I am looking for affiliates to join where the subscriptions of new members below me pays for my subscription without paying anything myself! is that possible? - Piet Venter

I love this question because it’s remarkable how many of our typical business expenses can be turned into profit centers. Web hosting, autoresponders, teleseminar services, and most mentoring programs I’ve enrolled in all have affiliate programs so that I earn more than I pay out.

If you promote a network marketing business, or you’re open to the idea of understanding the concept that *some* legitimate network marketing companies are powerful affiliate programs, then this post is for you.

My Michigander friend, James Grandstaff is one of those quiet leaders in internet marketing who has successfully bridged the gap between IM and MLM.  For many, MLM is a four-letter word because of their experiences in getting hassled by friends and family or feeling like that’s the only way to share network marketing opportunities.

I don’t claim to be an expert in network marketing, but I do get bill-paying residual checks every month from a couple. And part of my (albeit limited) success is due to automation strategies I learned from James. Plus, I learned when I first got started in network marketing a long time ago that generating your own leads instead of paying for them from someone else was the only real way to build a profitable organization and customer base.

This week and next are severely crowded. You are likely to see big name marketers promote up to 8 different things over these two weeks, and it’s extremely difficult to make sense of it all.

So you have three choices…

• Ignore them all and stick to what you are already trying to accomplish (if you have bought anything in the last two weeks, this is the best thing to do).
• Pick one of the new products and turn down everything else, and tune out any other product until you finish digesting and tearing through what you buy this week or next (if you are ready for something new to help you, then this is the best thing to do).
• Pick more than one of the products, spend a lot of money, and get none of them done because it’s too hard to focus (try not to pick this one!).

“What is the fastest way to get started and see results (money) in an internet business?” — Ray

I can’t say that’s the first time I’ve heard that question. But I can say it’s one of the most important questions that I should be able to answer for you.

First, I’d say, there’s no real get rich quick scheme that I’m going to teach.

However, if you want to make some money quickly, and grow with the profits, then you have a few legitimate choices.

1. Resell rights products
2. Affiliate Marketing
3. Network Marketing

Eventually you want to create and sell your own product. And truth be told you can do that really quickly, too.

But if you have no list, no product, and no clue what you want to actually create, then these are your best bet.

Now on Tuesday, I’m going to reveal a new training mini-course to help you understand the fundamentals of affiliate marketing.

I can’t say much about it, other than it involves the core truths of affiliate marketing… and you’ll definitely want to make sure you look for my email on Tuesday.

As for network marketing, you should definitely listen to the first part at least of my seminar I held last Thursday.

I did focus on a specific company during that session, but the first 25 minutes are really just about whether network marketing is right for you.

As for resell rights, there’s definitely a right and a wrong way to do this. What most people don’t understand about resell rights is the complete process you need to follow in order for you to actually start taking orders.

Most of the people selling resell rights products conveniently leave that part out, but you probably already knew that…

So I’ve got a video for you that goes through the process…

If you know what you are doing, resell rights are a great way to get the cash flowing, and the doubting spouses off your back a bit. Then work your way towards making your own products. Once loaded, resell rights packages make a great upsell or back end offer for your own products or membership sites that you create later.

Long time subscriber Charlie Poxon asked me this morning, “How can I start a list in a new niche?”

This question is a well-timed one actually.

I have two answers for this. One is to find the forums in that niche (Google “your topic forum”), and become an active member. Add your signature to each of your posts, and be helpful.

Make sure people see you as a trustworthy person who adds value to the community. And in your signature file, be sure to link to a squeeze page where you can give away your ezine or free report.

But what if you don’t have an ezine or free report yet….

Well, that’s why this question is so timely. I’ve been talking about MyViralSpiral for some time now, and using it since it’s 1.0 release early this year (the one I’m recommending is now 2.1).

Can a lazy downline make you money? That’s the question that everybody in any type of multi-tiered affiliate rogram or network marketing company would love to say Yes! to.

However, most of the time, these types if income programs take a lot of hard work to build up a significant residual income.

Unfortunately most people “quit before the blessing”.

Know what I mean?

The truth is, I love network marketing, even though I don’t spend a lot of time talking about it in my newsletter.

That’s because I spend my advertising energy for network marketing with free methods, and automated systems.

I’m not a big fan of calling leads, and I’d rather record training (or share others’ recordings), than chase down my downline for one on one calls.

So in fact, you might say that I am a lazy downline for my upline.

Yet, I’ve made them a lot of money over the last couple of years.

This space isn’t enough room for me to explain all the systems that I use.
