Last Friday night, I had the opportunity to check out the new bowling alley in Leland – a town that’s continuing to grow in the shadow of Wilmington NC (we’re just across the bridge of the Cape Fear River).
I met up with a good friend of mine who’s going to be joining my company later this month. We took the opportunity to talk about the direction of my company and brainstorm what’s going to be coming up over the next few months, and even a 3 year horizon.
Matt’s role will be to do a lot of the traffic and admin of my sites that I’ve been doing myself for the last couple of years so I can focus more of my energy on doing what I do best: teaching you internet marketing strategies.
But it was also just a fun night out, and every now and then, that’s really important, too! So here’s a video for you to see how the game went…

p.s. You can meet Matt and I in person. We’ll both be at Adam Urbanski’s Info Profits Success Bootcamp later this month. And my next IM Success Workshop will be in Wilmington September 18-20. Check out either one for more details.

The final score for game 1 was 134 – 85. Yikes! Lucky for both of us, our bowling scores are not an indicator of our business abilities. :)
Bob
We totally have to bowl in Tampa…lol!
Hey 134 is not bad…
So how abot a new infoproduct :

Bob…. I’m thinking you both need some coaching on the lanes – hmmm – I used to average 196 in a mens league before I quit some 10 years ago – the guys just couldn’t handle being beat by a girl. Wanna trade? You teach me your secrets and I could give you bowling lessons :) We’d have to wait a few months though – I’m due to have a baby on Memorial Day.
I yet to lay my hand on bowling as I do not want to spoil my golf swing.
Bowling, huh?
Wow. I learn something new about you every day.
You’re my favorite geek :-) (I TEASE, people… sheesh.)
Seriously — I think it’s brilliant to partner/hire/outsource with someone you trust who has talents in a particular business area you may not want to hang on to. It will free you up to work on our little project and SO much more.
You are so smart.
See you next weekend in Tampa, my friend!
Felicia
Hi Bob,
You are now talking my language I am a high performance Bowling coach so next time you go bowling send me an email and I’ll give you some tips. Just returning the favour.
I love Bowling. I bowl on a league with my husband every Friday night. My average is about 130 so I will not say that I am a pro but I am improving each week. Never give up and you will succeed. It looks like you guys had a great time.
Thanks for sharing.
